We breed British Alpines & Anglo-nubian Dairy goats. This is a blog about the journey we have with them, the joys & sometimes the upsets. We keep them mainly for pleasure but also to help keep the breeds going, for milk for the house & also we enjoy to show them so that others may also be encouraged to keep goats.

Madelaine
Madelaine is due to kid on the 18th June and she looks like a little barrel already! Really hoping that she has some females this year as i really would like to keep one from her as to be fair, she is not getting any younger! She has been a joy to have all these years and i hope her babies are all as nice as she is.
Madelaine in the front with her now deceased sister, Molly, behind.
It was really quite sad as neither of those kids made it; the pale one, Benji, caught pneumonia and the little black and white one ran into a wall and killed himself...............the joys of livestock!

New Arrival
This is Swsan. She is a month old and has just joined our herd. We are looking forward to entering her in Tregaron Goat Show at the end of May.
